KFA in Saturday's Courier-Journal

KFA's Christina Gilgor gets the last word in this article about Rep. Kathy Stein, newly-appointed House Judiciary Committee Chair.

The Kentucky Fairness Alliance said it is pushing for legislation to protect homosexuals against discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodation.

"Rep. Stein has been a lead sponsor on that legislation since 2000," said Christina Gilgor, the alliance's executive director. "We have total confidence that she'll continue to be a committed ally to fair-minded Kentuckians."

Stein won't revisit gay marriage, Louisville Courier-Journal, January 6.

Ampersand. The Ampersand symbolizes the solidarity we are building through Friends & Family, and suggests the inclusiveness we are working toward. It reflects the idea that no one individual, legislator, organization, or city can carry all the water for equality. Our success lies in our solidarity.
