The following questions relate to FAIR PAC's bottom-line criteria for endorsement.
Glossary of Terms
Sexual orientation - actual or perceived homosexuality, heterosexuality or bisexuality.
Gender identity - an individual's actual or perceived sex, including but not limited to the individual's identity, appearance, expression or behavior, regardless of whether that identity, appearance, expression or behavior differs from that traditionally associated with the individual's sex at birth.
- Equal Protection
- Non-discrimination legislation based on sexual orientation and gender identity covers a variety of issues and aspects of the law, please respond to these individually. Would you vote in favor of legislation addressing:

- Would you vote in favor of equal employment-based benefits (such as health insurance) for all employees in committed long-term relationships, regardless of marital status? Yes No
